We offer a 30-day exchange or store credit policy. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at luxenk86@gmail.com with photos of the item. We will arrange an exchange or issue store credit. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer cash refunds.
